Fairy Card

Hi Everyone

Nana and i went to a craft fayre yesterday at rainton Meadows and we both loved the Lavinia stamps stand so Nana decided to buy some stamps, ink pads and a brayer.  The man showed us how to use the brayer and he also  gave me a sample of a picture to bring home especially for me.  I couldn't wait to get home to try it and this is what i have made.  Its the same as nan's but in different colours and with an extra fairy cos i wanted 3.  this is my first go at using the brayer and Nana talked me through it but she never did it for me so i am really please.

Hope you like it.

  1. Gracie, you are very talented. I have never used a brayer before but the card you have done is really professional. You are very lucky to have a special Nana to craft with. I have a 4 year old grandson who loves to do crafty bits with me. I hope that as he gets older he will be like you & still love to craft with his Nana. Looking forward to seeing your next creation soon.xx

What a lovely Nana you have dear I bet you are both very special to each other.

  4. It's terrific that you can do with this your Nan. Brayering is not easy at all & I love the way you used 3 fairies & balanced them so well with the flowers beneath. They really are sprinkling fairy dust about - seeing this I've just thought of something: I wonder if those dandelion heads floating in the wind that we see are fairy dust?
